Konami is like Capcom, aren't they? Familiarity is more comfortable than originality.

But I don't understand why it's so hard for developers to come up with something new. While other games are said to be in development too, I think Sony are just after that one big money maker. And the second game is usually looked at as being the best one in the whole series.
