I've noticed people saying the combat sucks, but combat in the series has never been astonishing in any case. In fact, one of the reasons I loathe Homecoming is that the enemies are so hard to defeat, they respawn, and the power meter is terrible. But I tolerated 2, 3 and the others.

If anything, the camera perspective is worse. In every new room you load up, you have to manually turn the camera to position behind James and Maria, as it's not always fixed.
