I've got mixed feelings about this. On one hand I am hoping for the best, on another I think it may be like Anderson films

not they, but I.

One thing is for sure, it is already better than the 1st iteration of films.

I know that doesn't say a lot lol

Yeah I agree. Definitely better than Anderson films by far.

This releases today, although I believe critics who reviewed it said it was good.

Personally, I didn't really like nor dislike the Paul Anderson movies, as I knew not to heavily compare them to the games, so that way, I don't experience the same hatred as most fanboys likely do. But to be honest, I did enjoy them for the most part, and I think Milla really made the role of Alice her own.

I do like the animated films, because they are actually loosely tied to the events depicted throughout the games. Although adding different takes on the canon can get confusing, as they've been doing this for a long time.

Heard this should be looked at as a "fanboy" type movie and not to take it serious to really enjoy it.

I watched this one. Although it was not a great movie, I enjoyed it. A lot of the visuals are pulled from RE2 Remake. Not too happy with the use of Leon in the film but still had a ton of fun watching it.

Not seen it yet either, but I consider it a cash grab. Capcom really needs to stop going back to 1998 over and over again. They chose to destroy Raccoon City over 20 years ago, but they keep wanting to go back to that era, to milk it repeatedly.

You know? We're getting nothing about reboots today. They need to do something else, but with zombies and Umbrella. Not the folklore stuff.
