I think the first forum I joined, ever, was actually silenthillforum.co.uk. I remember listening to shitty low-quality rips of the soundtrack off that website.

Yeah. The forum had been offline for a while. It came back just in time for Konami's big October reveal. However, many gaming message boards are basically feeling the pinch now, like with Twitter and Facebook being what folk flock to today.
