I don't know if this fits the thread, but "Rotten Apple" and "Nutshell" by Alice in Chains remind me of SH3's storyline. I don't know if it's just because I got into AiC and Silent Hill around the same time in my life, but they're strangely the band that reminds me the most of SH...

To be honest, I kinda found the original titles to seem a little on the nose in that regard (the CST, not Yamaoka's obviously). Fungo's titles were really good, I'll give him that.
